Hello and happy Boxing Day!

I don’t even know what Boxing Day is, but I know a lot of people on the internet say it the day after Christmas so here we are. *one quick Google search later* Ah, that’s a whole lot of something, I guess.

We’re in Tucson celebrating with my side of the family. It’s been really eventful, but honestly today is the day I’ve been looking forward to the most. My twin boys have never been to a movie in a theater before so today we’re taking them to go see Sonic 3. They fell in love with the Sonic universe this year, and the fact we’re here, surrounded by cousins, at the holidays, and the third Sonic film has just come out, is pretty perfect. One of those moments in time where everything lines up and magic is possible.

I hope the boys like the movie.

PROJECT UPDATE:

Bullet Journal – A new year is coming meaning it’s time for a new Bullet Journal. I’m still in the process of setting it up so it’s complete I’ll talk about all the systems I’m putting in and what kind of notebook I’m trying to use.

#AMQUERYING – Stuff is on pause, as I can’t find any open agents looking for what I was pitching. I could back and try to find someone who’s open, but since it’s the holidays and my time is being split between family and prepping mentally for the new year, I think I’m okay taking another week off.

GREY – I think it’s time to pull it. That’s all I’ll say on it.

NESS – If you haven’t seen, I received a Full Manuscript Request after a Partial Request, which feels great. But that means I still need to keep pitching and not stop. Once the new year begins I’ll get back on it.

Haven’t started a new book yet, but looking at starting this one to begin the New Year. On kind of a reading break I guess until then, but I’m excited to read what sounds like one long Jason Pargin article in book form, breaking down the cracks of society and enlightening us all.
