Hi.

For some of you this will be the first post you see of mine, as I recently committed to deleting the stupidly named “X” app off my phone. After 14 years, it felt like my time on that site was done once I saw that silly little X app icon.

So, here we are.

It’s not August.

My wife is finally home from her extended trip to Italy.

We’re fully moved in to our new house (and mostly unpacked), so a lot of stress has been relieved. Still working on selling the old house. The boys are all happy and healthy,

And god help me I’m ready to work again. I told myself to take all of August off. No brain work. Just focus on what’s in front of me. The featured image is my new office at the new house. I’m excited to finally sit in it and write.
