I’m afraid of my manuscript.

Probably not breaking any new ground with the above sentiment. “Oh no, an amateur author is afraid of their work being bad? Quick! Call the Center For Scary Trump Presidencies And Other Super Obvious Things!”

…It’s a long LLC.

I had a few bad days of writing last week. Don’t misread that too much, I was proud at the end of each session that I was able to finish, but not so much in the work itself.

I guess you’re never more critical of your work than in the moment. With time, even these last few days since I wrote, I’m sure it’s not as bad as I was making it out to be.

I just need to open it.

Maybe that’s what separates the pros from the amateurs: The willingness to open a file.
