Shingles.

That’s the long and short of it. Incapacitated since we returned from our weeklong Disneyland trip, something I wanted to write in great detail about (and may still do so), has led to a lot of introspective thought and reflection on the year that’s past and the year ahead.

My brain and body both hurt. -10/10. Do not recommend shingles at all.

I do want to do a sort of year-end wrap-up on my writing journey for 2022, something that encompasses all the projects and things I learned. Just putting this up now so I know what I want to write about when it comes time:

1) Writing

2) Editing

3) Pitching

4) Growing

That’ll be coming as soon as it doesn’t feel if my whole torso is going to come apart at the seems.
